Like many in the fancy I got my first couple of birds from local Gloster breeders. After two years I wanted better quality because I had no success, so I decided to go to Italy where I bought three pairs of Glosters two of which were bred in the UK. This is when I started breeding beautiful Blue & White Glosters.

I wanted to go a step further and my dream was to go to the best Gloster Breeder in the world, so that I could obtain the finest quality of Gloster Canaries. I was told by a dear friend “Joe Portelli” that all Gloster Champions started from one special bird room in Kings Lynn. So in 2007 I went to the “Barretts” who need no introduction to the fancy. I found a very successful couple full of knowledge and pride, who were ready like always to help a beginner. Since then I never looked back, the immediate improvement in my stud was so obvious that I decided to discard of any other birds in my room with the exception of the white line.
