A Memorable Experience – Mantova, Italy
The first time I had the opportunity to judge an all-Gloster show in Mantova, Italy, was an unforgettable experience. This incredible opportunity was made possible by Fabrizio Ioppolo, the President and founder of the North of Italy Gloster Club. I am truly grateful for his trust in me.
One of the most special aspects of this experience was judging alongside Nick & Annalain - a dream come true. They have been my mentors for over 15 years, shaping everything I know and love about the Gloster world. Their guidance and passion have been instrumental in my journey and sharing this moment with them was an honour beyond words.
Adding to the joy of the occasion, I was accompanied by my better half, Sandra, whose support means everything to me. We were also joined by Dave Thomas from Wales, making the event even more memorable.
The show itself was an incredible experience - one that will stay in my heart forever. The dedication and enthusiasm of everyone involved reflected the true spirit of the Gloster community and I feel privileged to have been part of it.
